Directory Purpose

The Plumber List is an independent business directory. We are not a referral service, lead-generation platform, or endorsement of any listed business. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of listing information.

Listing Claims

Business owners may claim their listing by verifying ownership. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business. Claimed listings display a verified badge. We reserve the right to revoke claims if ownership cannot be confirmed.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences. We prohibit:

• Fake, purchased, or incentivized reviews
• Reviews by business owners, employees, or competitors about their own or competing businesses
• Reviews containing promotional content, links, or personal attacks

We comply with FTC guidelines on consumer reviews and testimonials. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate this policy.

Listing Accuracy

Listing data is gathered from public sources and automated enrichment processes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that any listing information is complete or current. Consumers should independently verify business credentials before hiring.

Intellectual Property

The Plumber List name, logo, and directory compilation are protected by copyright. Individual business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The Plumber List is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of directory information or services provided by listed businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
